While working on this business center we have implemented sophisticated home furnishings in rooms with complex configuration. The building has an unusual shape — the floor was laid out in the shape of a circle, and the first and last floors — in the form of eight-pointed stars. In the center of the building there is an elevator, surrounded by an atrium, then working areas in the form of ring sectors. We used a 3D scanner to measure the premises of such a complex configuration.
The unique ceiling at the entrance and relaxation zones are shaped as waves and are made of truncated cylinders covered with oak veneer.
Design feature
We manufactured wall and ceiling panels for the head office. By separating the room into zones we highlighted the configuration of ceilings. Lamps are covered by mat glass. The cabinet doors are fire-resistant and built-in panels without casing. The doors are inlaid with black decorative inserts.
The typical floors were completed with suspended ceilings and round shelves. Despite the seeming simplicity of the ceilings, there were serious design problems due to its configuration. Some rails are removable to provide access to the filters of air conditioners. Ceilings, shelves and a presidium were designed for the conference halls.
In front of the elevators, there are pretty bulky veneered wall panels with invisible fire-resistant doors to the switchboards and storeroom. The recreation area includes wall panels and ceilings with cylinders. In the dining room, the dresser attracts attention with its interesting shape consisting of curved facades and a stylish sofa.
