Nevskaya ratusha is a large-scale urban bloc in which the new administrative center will be located next to 7 office buildings and a hotel. There will be a beautiful pedestrian area shaped as an elongated trapezoid in the center of the area where construction has been made along the perimeter. The first floors of the office buildings will have a social function: they will house shops, service businesses, cafes and restaurants.

The architectural solution of the buildings, especially the facades will be using traditional architecture techniques of Petersburg (rhythmic structure and active exterior plastic) and materials (natural stone), but outlined with modern interpretation. For the decoration of office buildings, emphasis was on the use of differently treated travertine and marble, which have never been used in Russia in that form.

Design feature
In the second bloc we veneered the halls of all the floors with matt-gloss panels. They are made of MDF panels, which have been veneered horizontally and strips were made on stencils with varnishes — matt and glossy. Figure veneer is continuously used on panels and doors. The doors are fireproof. The reception with an illuminated facade is fully functional — it has a guest place as well as a work place, side tables and cable channels for communication lines.

In the third bloc we veneered the halls of all the floors, and painted glass entirely or using a stencil. The reception desk frame is made of LVL and MDF, the front panel is made of painted glass.
